Returns and Refunds

At Impact Supply Co., we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. Below are the details of our returns and refunds policy.

 

Return Eligibility

• Time Frame: You may return most new, unused items within 15 days after the delivery date for a refund.

• Condition: All items must be in their original, unused, uninstalled condition, with any original packaging.

• Used or installed items: Because our products are wear components, items that have been installed, used, sharpened, or altered cannot be returned or refunded. Normal wear from use is expected and is not considered a defect.

• Final sale: Clearance or discounted items marked "final sale" are not eligible for return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@impactsupply.shop within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping for our error.

Return Process

• Return Shipping Costs:

  • The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any freight or customs duty fees, if applicable.

  • If the return results from our error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For orders originally shipped with free shipping, the actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

• Restocking fee: A restocking fee of 15% may apply to non-defective returns.

• How to Initiate a Return: Contact us with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will respond promptly with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 15 days of receiving the returned item (often sooner).

• A refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus original and return shipping costs, if applicable.

Shipping Information

• Shipping Estimates: When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and the shipping option you choose.

• Weight Rounding: Shipping rates for many items are weight-based; all weights are rounded up to the next full pound to comply with the policies of the shipping carriers we use.
